What this site collects, and what happens to it.

The contact form

When you send a note through the contact page, the form asks for your name, email, and a message. Phone number, property, project type, and timeline are optional. The site emails all of that to me and keeps no copy of its own. There is no database behind the form. I use what you send to reply to you and to scope a shoot. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share your details with anyone.

What the site records on its own

Nothing that identifies you. The site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, and sets no cookies of its own.

Two outside services are involved in serving the pages:

Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs that include your IP address and the pages requested, which it uses to run and secure the service. Vercel’s privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Adobe Fonts delivers the typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Adobe, and Adobe may record that request. Adobe’s privacy policy is at adobe.com/privacy.

The client portal

Current clients review and download work at portal.davidfishphoto.com. That is a separate application with its own login and its own data handling, which is described inside the portal.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are my work and belong to me or to the clients who licensed them. They are not for reuse. If you want to license an image, the contact page is the place to ask.

Questions or changes

If you sent something through the form and want it deleted from my inbox, email me and I’ll take care of it.
